EMMY AWARD-WINNING CREATORS/EXECUTIVE PRODUCERS OF NBC'S "WILL & GRACE" ANNOUNCE NATIONWIDE OPEN CASTING CALL FOR NEW NBC/WARNER BROS. SERIES PILOT "FOUR KINGS"

Five City-Search for Fresh New Faces Talented Men in Their Mid-20s to Take Place in -- Seattle, Chicago, Atlanta, Austin and Boston

BURBANK, Calif. -- January 6, 2004 -- David Kohan and Max Mutchnick -- Emmy Award-winning creators/executive producers of NBC's "Will & Grace" -- today announced a nationwide open casting call for their new NBC/Warner Bros. Television comedy series pilot "Four Kings" (working title; formerly known as "Kings of New York").

"Four Kings" is an urban comedy loosely based on the friendship between the creators of "Will & Grace" as four grown childhood best friends help one another "conquer" New York. When on their own, the city threatens to eat them alive, but together, their combined efforts are greater than the sum of each individual's contributions as they continue their quests to become "Four Kings" in New York City.

The nationwide casting call will begin in the following cities: Seattle, Chicago, Atlanta, Austin, and Boston. Prospective cast members should log onto www.nbc.com/contestants for the latest dates, locations and times.

The producers are looking for fresh new faces and undiscovered men with talent in their mid-20s to star in the "Must See TV" network's next big hit sitcom. NBC has a long history of converting unknowns into household names with such successful comedy programs including "Will & Grace," "Friends," "Cheers" and "Frasier," among many others.

"This is a scripted, situation comedy -- not a reality program," said Kohan and Mutchnick. "We want to make it clear that we are looking for actors."

"Four Kings" is a production of KoMut Entertainment in association with Warner Bros. Television Production Inc.
