ABC SWEEPS INTO NOVEMBER WITH THE PREMIERES OF NEW DRAMA "DAY BREAK," STARRING TAYE DIGGS, NEW COMEDY "BIG DAY" AND NEW VARIETY SERIES "SHOW ME THE MONEY," HOSTED BY WILLIAM SHATNER, AS WELL AS THE FINALES OF "LOST," "DANCING WITH THE STARS" AND "THE BACHELOR: ROME," AND JAM-PACKED ORIGINAL EPISODES OF SOME OF TELEVISION'S BIGGEST HITS

The ABC Television Network announces highlights of its upcoming premieres, specials and regular series programming scheduled to air during the November sweep.

"JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE" (MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, 12:05 a.m. - 1:05 a.m.) - Throughout sweeps Jimmy will host an all-star lineup of guests, including performances by Diddy, John Legend, Chris Daughtry and Rock Star Supernova, along with guests Teri Hatcher, Julia Louis Dreyfus, Roseanne Barr, Val Kilmer, Pamela Anderson and Dallas Cowboys legend Michael Irvin.

"UGLY BETTY" - THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 2 (8:00-9:00 p.m.) -- "Trust, Lust, and Must" - Daniel falls in instant lust with a mysterious beauty he sees in the Mode lobby (guest star Salma Hayek) and asks for Betty's help in finding out the lady's identity. Meanwhile, Betty and Hilda scramble to raise cash when they get some unexpected news, and Wilhelmina must deal with an unexpected house guest - her daughter (guest star Jowharah Jones as Nico). Debi Mazar guest stars as Leah Feldman.

"GREY'S ANATOMY" - THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 2 (9:00-10:01 p.m.) - "Let the Angels Commit" -- Cristina scrubs in on the rare 'humpty dumpty' procedure, much to the envy of her fellow doctors, Alex questions his future medical specialty, George and Addison work with a pregnant woman with an unusual dilemma, and Derek receives a surprise visit from his sister. Guest starring Embeth Davidtz ("Junebug," "Bridget Jones' Diary").

"SIX DEGREES" - THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 2 (10:01-11:00 p.m.) -- "What You Wish For" -- Damian proposes to Regina (guest star Zoe Saldana) but still won't be honest about his criminal past as they look to the future. Caseman finally gets a chance to spend quality time with his son, Max, but Whitney offers him the job of a lifetime, which forces him to reassess his priorities. Meanwhile, Laura receives a promotion with some big strings attached.

"EXTREME MAKEOVER: HOME EDITION" - SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 5 (8:00-9:00 p.m.) -- "Thibodeau Family" -- Twelve year old Siehera Thibodeau was born with a large hole in her heart. Due to her birth defect, she has undergone four major open heart surgeries and recently just came home after her fourth. During her last surgery she went through some complications when her kidneys went into failure and both of her lungs collapsed. Ty and the gang will build a new and renovated home in a remarkable seven days to help make life easier for the Thibodeau family from Brookings County, SD.

"DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES" -- SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 5 (9:00-10:01 p.m.) --"Bang" - Everyone's lives on Wisteria Lane are forever changed when a hostage situation occurs at a local supermarket. Guest starring Dougray Scott as Ian Hainsworth, Kiersten Warren as Nora, Laurie Metcalf as Carolyn Bigsby and Brian Kerwin as Harvey Bigsby.

"BROTHERS & SISTERS" -- SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 5 (10:01-11:00 p.m.) -- "Northern Exposure" - Kitty and Warren's quiet weekend in the country turns out to be anything but quiet, while Tommy and Julia, unable to conceive, consider unorthodox alternatives.

THE 40TH ANNUAL CMA AWARDS - MONDAY, NOVEMBER 6 (8:00-11:00 p.m.) -- "Country Music's Biggest Night" keeps getting bigger with an opening performance by the most awarded duo in CMA Awards history, Brooks & Dunn, who are hosting the Awards for the third year. The pair will perform "Building Bridges," which is nominated for Musical Event of the Year, along with fellow nominees Sheryl Crow and Vince Gill. Additional performances by Jason Aldean, The Wreckers and a second appearance by Vince Gill, who will be joined by Sheryl Crow, daughter Jenny Gill and wife Amy Grant . ABC stars EvLongoria, James Denton, Cameron Mathison, Kimberly Williams-Paisley and Disney's Billy Ray and Miley Cyrus will be among the presenters, along with country stars Gary Allan, Billy Currington, Montgomery Gentry, Lee Ann Womack and Trisha Yearwood.

"HELP ME HELP YOU" -- TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 7 (9:30-10:00 p.m.) -- "Raging Bill" - Bill's advice to the group is not to accept defeat. With his marriage in ruins, Bill decides to take on a new challenge at work -- sports psychology. He takes on a timid boxing client, Kevin (guest star Kevin Hart). However, when the only thing that seems to stimulate Kevin's rage is physically harming Bill's other patient, Dave, Bill is confronted with an ethical dilemma. Meanwhile, Inger finds herself in a game of Jewish chicken when she dates an Asian man through J-Date -- and neither one will admit they're not Jewish -- and Michael becomes consumed with trying to beat his assistant's record at a Blackberry video game. Phil Rosenthal, Larry Wilmore and Jane Lynch also guest star as Bill's "Group Group."

"LOST" FINALE -- WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 8 (9:00-10:01 p.m.) -- "I Do" - Jack makes a decision regarding Ben's offer, Kate feels helpless when it looks like an angry Pickett is going to make good on his threat to kill Sawyer, and Locke discovers a hidden message that may guide him through the next steps of his journey to unlocking the secrets of the island. "GREY'S ANATOMY" - THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 9 (9:00-10:01 p.m.) - "Where the Boys Are" -- The men of Seattle Grace go on a camping trip together, Addison and Callie must team up to work on a patient, Meredith assists Sloan with a procedure unlike any she has experienced, and, suspicious of her recent actions at the hospital, Bailey confronts Cristina. Guest starring Steven W. Bailey as Joe the Bartender.

"SIX DEGREES" - THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 9 (10:01-11:00 p.m.) --"Slings and Arrows" -- Laura gets her first date since her husband died. It begins well, but when she and Andrew visit a gallery opening, Laura is shocked to discover a photo Caseman took of her weeping on her front stoop as part of the exhibit. Meantime, Whitney is horrified to learn that her ex-fianci, Roy, has acquired one of her clients, which forces her to work with the man who broke her heart. And Carlos learns Damian's secret about the shooting.

"MEN IN TREES" - FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 10 (9:00-10:00 p.m.) - "The Menaissance" - Unbeknownst to Marin, Jane leaked an excerpt from Marin's new book on men to The New Yorker magazine. Now Marin is forced to defend her career to Jack, the unwilling subject of her work. Meanwhile singer-songwriter Jewel stops into the Chieftain when her car breaks down, and runs into Theresa, who turns out to be her former bandmate; and Patrick's mom, Celia, and his new step-mother, Mai, go head to head in an alpha showdown for the role of "top mom." Guest starring Jewel as herself.

"EXTREME MAKEOVER: HOME EDITION" - SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 12 (8:00-9:00 p.m.) - "Farina Famil"-- Designers help Shawna Farina, a twenty-six-year-old mother with breast cancer from St. Meinrad, IN, who has devoted her life to raising awareness on the disease. They also give a much needed facelift for their 135-year-old farmhouse.

"DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES" - SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 12 (9:00-10:01 p.m.) -- "Children and Art" - Gabrielle decides to get back into the world of modeling, Lynette is suspicious of her new neighbor and Bree meets her antagonistic mother-in-law. Guest starring Dixie Carter as Gloria Hodge, Dougray Scott as Ian Hainsworth and Kathryn Joosten as Mrs. McCluskey.

"BROTHERS & SISTERS" -- SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 12 (10:01-11:00 p.m.) -- "Glass Jumps" - Justin is shaken to the core and his resolve to stay clean is weakened by a disturbing letter that could dramatically alter his future.

"WIFE SWAP" - MONDAY, NOVEMBER 13 (8:00-9:00 p.m.) -- "Mink/Oaks" -- Kimberly Mink, a real-life rhinestone cowgirl mom and the world record holder in Women's Big Loop spinning from Idaho swaps with Rebecca Oaks, a working mom of two boys who declares that she is the supervisor, manager and CEO of her family in Ohio.

"THE BACHELOR: ROME" - MONDAY, NOVEMBER 13 (9:00-10:00 p.m.) -"Episode 906" - It's a romantic whirlwind for the final three women as Lorenzo travels across Europe to exciting locations in Sweden, Budapest and Sicily for the exotic dates. One woman reveals she would move to New York for Lorenzo and they take things to the next level in the Fantasy Suite. The Bachelor challenges another woman's intentions: Is she there for him or goes she have her own agenda? Still another bachelorette leaves Lorenzo's head spinning from a sexy day of scuba diving and massages, with anticipation of what might be that night. Finally, Lorenzo struggles with the realization he must break another girl's heart, and the woman suffers a minor panic attack as she drives away in the limo.

"WHAT ABOUT BRIAN" - MONDAY, NOVEMBER 13 (10:00-11:00 p.m.) - "What About Angelo's Ashes..." -- At Angelo's funeral, the friends give loving tributes and recall fond memories of Angelo while they marvel at Nicole's strength. However, they soon realize she may not be handling this as well as she seems to be. Meanwhile, Brian's dad, Michael (guest star William Devane), confronts Brian about his plans now that Zap Monkey has folded, Dave and Deena discuss getting a divorce, and Adam continues to connect with Summer (guest star Rachelle Lefevre), the stripper he met at his bachelor party.

"SHOW ME THE MONEY" PREVIEW - TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 14 (9:30-11:00 p.m.) -- "Show Me the Money" is a new high-octane variety/game show series to be hosted by Emmy-winning television legend William Shatner. Contestants must answer a minimum of six trivia questions. After each answer, the contestant chooses from among thirteen stunning dancers on stage, each of whom holds a scroll with a dollar figure to be added or subtracted -- for correct or incorrect answers -- to the contestant's total. A correct answer, combined with choosing a dancer holding big money, can quickly catapult the player's winnings into the millions. But a wrong answer, combined with the wrong dancer, can wipe out winnings in an instant. There is no opportunity to play it safe - contestants will be tempted to take the money and run, but this rollercoaster ride of a game show requires that you play to the very end. In "Episode 101," contestants Matt Marr, a law clerk from Lone Grove, Oklahoma and Alan Pietruszewski, a U.S. Navy fighter pilot from Buffalo, New York, will attempt to win -- and keep from losing -- a million plus dollars. Adding to the variety aspect of the show are the thirteen stunning Million-Dollar Dancers who are always ready to break into any style of dance, while audacious master of ceremonies William Shatner spontaneously boogies with the beauties on stage. With a career that spans some 50 years, Shatner is el known for originating the role of Captain James T. Kirk in the original "Star Trek" television series, and has remained a pop culture icon whose stature seems to grow with each passing year. Shatner will continue in his other ABC role, that of Denny Crane on ABC's hit series "Boston Legal," for which he has won back-to-back Emmy Awards. On the season finale of "Dancing with the Stars," one team will raise the coveted mirror ball trophy and be crowned champion of "Dancing with the Stars." Who among the two finalists will it be?

"DAY BREAK" PREMIERE -- WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 15 (9:00-10:00 p.m.) - "Pilot" -- Detective Brett Hopper is having a hellacious day; the kind of day where nothing goes his way and he just can't wait to put it behind him... only he can't, because he's living the same day over and over again. Taye Diggs ("Kevin Hill") stars in "Day Break," an action-packed thriller that takes a bad day and multiplies it by infinity. In the premiere episode, Hopper is accused of killing Assistant District Attorney Alberto Garza. He offers a solid alibi which no one believes. He realizes he's been framed. And he runs, discovering en route that not only he, but also his loved ones are in danger. He then wakes up and relives the same day over and over again. In order to break the cycle and move on, he has to figure out who framed him and solve the complex mystery surrounding Garza's death. He is also forced to heal the fractured relationships with those he loves. Either Hopper can break this day, or this day will break Hopper. But he soon discovers the disastrous consequences of his rash actions. Note: This program, along with "Pilot," will air as a two-hour telecast from 9:00-11:00 p.m.

"UGLY BETTY" - THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 16 (8:00-9:00 p.m.) -- "Four Thanksgivings and a Funeral" - It's Thanksgiving Day, and everyone at Mode celebrates in their own special way. Betty is torn between work and home; Daniel attends his parents' brunch in hopes of seeing Sofia (guest star Salma Hayek); Marc and Amanda camp out at the Mode offices, and Wilhelmina attempts something she's never done before - cooking a turkey. Martha Stewart makes a cameo appearance.

"GREY'S ANATOMY" - THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 16 (9:00-10:01 p.m.) -- "Staring at the Sun" - The O'Malley Family visits George at the hospital, Meredith is determined to have a more positive outlook on life, Derek and Addison strive for a civil relationship, and Richard endeavors to reunite with his wife, Adele. Emmy-Nominated Kate Burton and George Dzundza reprise their roles as Ellis Grey and Harold O'Malley, respectively.

"A CHARLIE BROWN THANKSGIVING" - MONDAY, NOVEMBER 20 (8:00-8:30 p.m.) - In the 1973 special, "A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving," Charlie Brown wants to do somethin special for the gang. However the dinner he arranges is a disaster when the caterers, Snoopy and Woodstock, prepare toast and popcorn as the main dish. Humiliated, it will take all of Marcie's persuasive powers to salvage the holiday for Charlie Brown. PEANUTS focuses on the anxieties and joys of childhood as expressed by an ensemble cast of children who often seem wise beyond their years. Among them are the lovable Charlie Brown, who perseveres despite continuous failure; the philosophical, blanket-carrying Linus; the fussbudget Lucy, who dispenses psychological advice for a nickel from behind a concession stand; and toy-piano virtuoso Schroeder. Central to the comic strip is Charlie Brown's dog, Snoopy, who first stood on his hind legs in 1956 and became extremely popular for his imaginative adventures as a number of characters.

"THE BACHELOR: ROME" - MONDAY, NOVEMBER 20 (9:00-10:00 p.m.) - "The Women Tell All" -- It's the reunion viewers won't want to miss, as ten jilted bachelorettes return to confront one another one last time on national television to dish the dirt, as they tell their side of the story -- and Lorenzo returns to face the women he dumped. Erica - the socialite everyone loves to hate - stirs up more drama facing the women she repeatedly trashed, including fellow Texan, Jami. Emotions run to a fever pitch between these feisty women with never-seen-before moments and outrageous bloopers and outtakes, including Erica sounding off about the women and Lorenzo and the bachelorettes getting wild at the house. Chris Harrison hosts.

"WHAT ABOUT BRIAN" - MONDAY, NOVEMBER 20 (10:00-11:00 p.m.) - "What About What Was Supposed to Be..." -- Needing money, Brian starts a job at his father's high-end real estate firm. Sparks fly when he meets the company's top agent, the beautiful Bridget (guest star Krista Allen). Meanwhile Dave starts a new job as well, and he and Deena work out a unique child custody arrangement; Adam's relationship with Summer (Rachelle Lefevre) may be problematic for his professional future; and Nicole finds a way to work through her grief after losing her husband.

2006 AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS -- TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 21 (8:00-11:00 p.m.) - Multi platinum singer-songwriter Gwen Stefani will light up the "2006 American Music Awards" with the debut performance of her new single, "Wind It Up," from her much anticipated second solo album, "The Sweet Escape." Stefani, known for her energetic, heart pumping live performances, will debut the single on the telecast live. The show, hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, will emanate from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, CA, and is produced by dick clark productions, inc. Stefani joins previously announced performers Beyonci, Carrie Underwood, Dixie Chicks, Josh Groban, Mary J. Blige, Nelly Furtado, Pussycat Dolls, Rascal Flatts, Snow Patrol and Tenacious D. Ty Pennington and the "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" design team will help the Pauni family get back on their feet and renovate their house in just seven days.

"BOSTON LEGAL" - SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 26 ('One Time Only,' 10:01-11:00 p.m.) - "Lincoln," Part 1 -- Alan Shore comes to the aid of Jerry "Hands" Espenson, whose troubled client stands accused of murdering her ex-girlfriend. Meanwhile, the eccentric Lincoln Meyer (guest star David Dean Botrell) resurfaces at the firm, taking a peculiar interest in Shirley Schmidt, and Denny Crane and Bella Horowitz (guest star Delta Burke), the mother of his diminutive girlfriend, Bethany (guest star Meredith Eaton-Gilden), anxiously await paternity test results to determine whether he is Bethany's father. Constance Zimmer joins the cast as a series regular as of this episode,in the role of Claire Simms.

"WIFE SWAP" - MONDAY, NOVEMBER 27 (8:00-9:00 p.m.) - "Rowland/Rivera" -- Robin Roland, a free-wheeling motorcycle-riding mom of three teenage girls from Illinois swaps with Grace Rivera, a New Jersey mom who rules over her two daughters with an iron fist.

"THE BACHELOR: ROME" FINALE - MONDAY, NOVEMBER 27 (9:00-11:00 p.m.) - "Episode 907" -- In this gripping two-hour special conclusion to this season's Bachelor, Prince Lorenzo struggles with his final decision about who will be his future Princess. His parents, Prince Francesco and Princess Amanda Borghese, fly to Rome to help their son with his difficult choice. The women are surprised with the arrival of their parents and an awkward cocktail party ensues between the three sets of parents, the ladies and Lorenzo. Lorenzo's mother reveals that she has helped design the engagement ring that her son will offer to one lucky bachelorette, and our bachelor chivalrously asks permission from both fathers to marry their daughters. When an attempt to restore the proper spirit with a forlorn little fir Christmas tree fails, Charlie Brown needs Linus' help to learn what the real meaning of Christmas is. Created by late cartoonist Charles M. Schulz, this hour will also include a series of Christmas-themed animated stories entitled "Charlie Brown Christmas Tales," based on Schulz's work, in which each of the beloved PEANUTS characters - Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Linus, Lucy and Sally - star in his or her own charming animated vignette.
