Part Two of Lifetime Movie Network's 'Green River' Miniseries Breaks Network Records for Total Viewers, Household Ratings and Delivery for P18-49, P25-54, W18-49 and W25-54

Lifetime Movie Network Has Most-Watched Quarter in History in Prime and Total Day for P2+, Households, W25-54 and W18+

NEW YORK, April 1, 2008 -- Part Two of Lifetime Movie Network's first-ever original miniseries, "The Capture of the Green River Killer," shattered network records during its Monday, March 31 premiere, even surpassing the Sunday night performance of Part One and becoming the most-watched and highest-rated program in the network's 10-year history, averaging 2.4 million total viewers (up 17 percent from Part One) and a 2.8 household rating (up 12 percent from Part One).

The telecast also delivered a record number of P25-54 (1.1 million), P18-49 (911,000), W25-54 (711,000) and W18-49 (594,000).

In setting the network mark, Part One had posted 2,047,000 million total viewers with a 2.55 household rating, while also delivering P25-54 (989,000 viewers), P18-49 (832,000 viewers), W25-54 (658,000 viewers) and W18-49 (577,000 viewers), while also ranking #1 in primetime among W18-49 and W25-54 versus all basic cable networks.

The first quarter also marked Lifetime Movie Network's highest delivery, in both prime and total day, since launching in June 1998:

-- Prime delivery of Persons 2+ (553,000), HHs (446,000), W18+ (371,000) and W25-54 (159,000).

-- Total Day delivery of Persons 2+ (399,000), HH (338,000), W18+ (279,000) and W25-54 (143,000).

"This record-setting performance attests to the growing power of the Lifetime Movie Network brand, the only basic cable movie channel for women, 24/7," said Louise Henry Bryson, Executive Vice President/General Manager, Lifetime Movie Network. "I want to thank everyone associated with this wonderful miniseries, from the production team, terrific cast and my hard-working colleagues here at Lifetime Movie Network, all of whom made this success possible."

The network has also now experienced seven straight months of double-digit household gains in both prime and total day.

Starring Tom Cavanagh, Sharon Lawrence and Amy Davidson, the miniseries follows the dogged determination of one persistent, nearly obsessive Washington State detective, Dave Reichert (Cavanagh). Detective Reichert used guile, wits and perseverance to hunt the murderer, bringing an end to the largest unsolved serial killer case in the country, and in doing so, helped provide much needed closure to the victims' families.

"The Capture of the Green River Killer" was produced by Once Upon a Time Films for Lifetime Movie Network. Emmy(R) winner Stanley M. Brooks ("Broken Trail") and John Pielmeier ("Sins of the Father," Lifetime's "The Memory Keeper's Daughter") served as executive producers. Juliette Hagopian ("Holiday Switch") and Emmy(R) winner Damian Ganczewski ("Broken Trail") produced the movie. Norma Bailey ("Ladies Night") directed the movie from a script written by Pielmeier. The script for "The Capture of the Green River Killer" was based on the book Chasing the Devil: My Twenty-Year Quest to Capture the Green River Killer by David Reichert.
