CBS in May will feature unpredictable season finales, edge of your seat cliffhangers, weddings and relationships hanging in the balance along with the finales of THE AMAZING RACE 14 and SURVIVOR: TOCANTINS.

Guest-starring in CBS's season finales are Daniel Baldwin, Jesse Plemons, Joe Penny and Jessica Tuck (COLD CASE), Cynthia Watros and Gerald McRaney, (CSI), James Callis and Lou Diamond Phillips (NUMB3RS), Martin Landau (WITHOUT A TRACE), Craig T. Nelson (CSI: NY), Scott Bakula, Constance Zimmer and James Lesure (THE NEW ADVENTURES OF OLD CHRISTINE) and Brian Austin Green (CSI: MIAMI).

Sunday, May 10 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) THE AMAZING RACE 14-The final three teams race from Beijing to Maui for the final leg and the chance to claim the $1 million prize. Phil Keoghan hosts.

Sunday, May 3 and Sunday, May 10 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) COLD CASE-The music of Pearl Jam will rock throughout the two-part sixth season finale episodes. This marks the first time the series has exclusively showcased the music of one artist in more than one episode and the first time Pearl Jam has permitted a program to use selections from their entire catalog of music. In the episodes, Rush (Kathryn Morris) and the team delve into the 2005 murder of the first female cadet of a local military school who didn't live beyond her first semester. In Part Two, the stakes of the case are raised after the cadet's unknown killer commits a shocking act against Rush designed to thwart the investigation. Daniel Baldwin ("Homicide: Life on the Streets"), Jesse Plemons ("Friday Night Lights"), Joe Penny ("Riptide") and Jessica Tuck ("Judging Amy") guest star. (Season Finale)

Sunday, May 10 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) THE UNIT-The Unit must locate and diffuse three sets of dirty bombs headed for unknown locations across the U.S. Meanwhile, the team prepares for a wedding of one Unit member and the end of a marriage for another. (Season Finale)

Monday, May 11 (8:00-8:30 PM, ET/PT) THE BIG BANG THEORY-As he prepares for a three- month science expedition, Leonard (Johnny Galecki) and Penny (Kaley Cuoco) reconsider their feelings for one another. (Season Finale)

Wednesday, May 13 (8:00-8:30 PM, ET/PT) THE NEW ADVENTURES OF OLD CHRISTINE- Christine (Julia Lous-Dreyfus) learns some shocking news about New Christine's father after the two of them rekindle their romance at Richard (Clark Gregg) and New Christine's (Emily Rutherford) wedding. Scott Bakula ("Quantum Leap") returns as Papa Jeff, New Christine's father and Christine's old flame. Constance Zimmer ("Entourage") returns as New Christine's sister. James Lesure ("Las Vegas") guest stars as a wedding guest and potential hook-up for Barb (Wanda Sykes). (Season Finale)

Wednesday, May 13 (8:30-9:00 PM, ET/PT) GARY UNMARRIED-Gary (Jay Mohr) and Allison's (Paula Marshall) frustrating personal lives lead them back into the bedroom...repeatedly. (Season Finale)

Thursday, May 14 (9:00-10:01 PM, ET/PT) CSI-The CSIs investigate a series of murders tied to a scam involving valuable poker chips from a long-gone casino and Det. Ray Langston (Laurence Fishburne) must use deadly force for the first time in his career as a CSI. Cynthia Watros ("Lost") and Gerald McRaney ("Jericho") guest star. (Season Finale)

Friday, May 15 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) GHOST WHISPERER-When a ghost pays Melinda (Jennifer Love Hewitt) an unexpected visit, she worries for her unborn baby. Wedding bells ring for Melinda and Jim (David Conrad). (Season Finale)

Friday, May 15 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) NUMB3RS-When Amita (Navi Rawat) is abducted, Don (Rob Murrow) and the team's frantic search leads to a charismatic sociopath, but it is up to a distraught Charlie (David Krumholtz) to discover what's behind the suspect's bizarre plans for her. The situation causes Charlie to reassess his relationship and future with Amita. James Callis ("Battlestar Galactica") guest stars as the cult leader. Lou Diamond Phillips ("La Bamba") returns as Agent Ian Edgerton. (Season Finale)

Sunday, May 17 (8:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) SURVIVOR: TOCANTINS--The special two-hour finale begins with four remaining castaways vying for the $1 million prize and title of "Ultimate Survivor." The finale is followed by a one-hour live reunion show hosted by Jeff Probst.

Monday, May 18 (8:30-9:00 PM, ET/PT) HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER-Ted (Josh Radnor) gives Barney his blessing to finally profess his love to Robin (Cobie Smulders). (Season Finale)

Monday, May 18 (9:00-9:30 PM, ET/PT) TWO AND A HALF MEN-Charlie (Charlie Sheen) starts to question his relationship with Chelsea (Jennifer Taylor) when he hears that Mia (Emmanuel Vaugier) is back in town. As this delicate situation escalates, Gibbs is forced to make a decision that sends shockwaves through NCIS. Michael Nouri ("Damages") reprises his role as Ziva's father, Mossad Director Eli David. Tuesday, May 19 (9:00-10:01 PM, ET/PT) THE MENTALIST- Lisbon (Robin Tunney) suspects that serial killer Red John is drawing Patrick Jane (Simon Baker) into a trap when the CBI team investigates the murder of a young girl and the abduction of her twin sister. (Season Finale)

Tuesday, May 19 (10:01-11:00 PM, ET/PT) WITHOUT A TRACE- The team searches for a man who disappears after a late night ocean dive that includes stolen drugs and three dead bodies. Meanwhile, Danny (Enrique Murciano) and Elena (Roselyn Sanchez) take their relationship to another level. Academy Award winner Martin Landau ("Ed Wood") reprises his role as Frank Malone, Jack's father. Wednesday, May 20 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) CSI: NY-A member of the team is murdered after a deadly group of kidnappers snatch Robert Dunbrook's (Craig T. Nelson) son while he is being transferred from prison to court. And, if that loss isn't enough, the life of another CSI is threatened. (Season Finale)
