CBS CELEBRATES HALLOWEEN WITH A WITCH'S BREW OF CHILLING EPISODES

Ghosts, Hauntings and a Classic Horror Film Weave Their Way Through Special Episodes of "NCIS," "The Mentalist," "Ghost Whisperer," "Medium" and "Numb3rs"

Tuesday, Oct. 20 (8:00-9:00PM) NCIS - A Marine is found dead on Halloween Eve and the NCIS team discovers that the victim's good-natured pranks may have inspired ghoulish retribution.

Thursday, Oct. 29 (10:00-11:00PM) THE MENTALIST - Patrick Jane (Simon Baker) and the CBI team investigates the death of a wealthy man who witnesses say was killed by a ghost haunting his mansion. Frances Fisher ("Eureka") guest stars.

Friday, Oct. 30 (8:00-9:00PM) GHOST WHISPERER - The Headless Horseman from the The Legend of Sleepy Hollow is haunting Melinda (Jennifer Love Hewitt) and when the book mysteriously shows up at Aiden's (Connor Gibbs) school, she becomes concerned for his safety.

Friday, Oct. 30 (9:00-10:00PM) MEDIUM - Allison (Patricia Arquette) has vivid nightmares that insert her into scenes from the classic horror film "Night of the Living Dead," which leave her with unexplained cuts and bite marks and possible clues that could lead her to a funeral director's murderer. The cast will be inserted into scenes from George Romero's timeless zombie fest throughout the episode. Aida Turturro ("The Sopranos") guest stars.

Friday, Oct. 30 (10:00-11:00PM) NUMB3RS - When strange, almost paranormal happenings are observed at a decommissioned air base, the spooky occurrences take on a decidedly different tone when the team is brought in to investigate the mystery of a dead woman found there. John Michael Higgins ("A Mighty Wind," "Best in Show"), Silas Weir Mitchell ("Prison Break"), Sam Lloyd ("Scrubs"), and Jennifer Elise Cox ("The Brady Bunch Movie") guest star.
