NBC, BRAVO AND DELIVERY AGENT TEAM UP TO ENABLE MULTI-CHANNEL COMMERCE FOR SELECTED PRIMETIME AND DAYTIME PROGRAMMING

Just Seen OnTM Platform Connects Viewers of "Will & Grace," "Las Vegas," "Passions" and "Queer Eye For the Straight Guy" with Products

BURBANK, Calif. -- December 7, 2004 -- Delivery Agent, Inc., the leader in shopping enabled programming and measurement for television shows, movies, sports, and music videos, today announced an agreement with NBC Universal for Delivery Agent to shop-enable the hit NBC television shows "Will & Grace," "Las Vegas" and the daytime soap, "Passions" as well as Bravo's "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy." The agreement calls for Delivery Agent to immediately begin integrating its proprietary Just Seen OnTM platform with the existing NBC and Bravo websites as well as the individual show sites. Through Delivery Agent's Just Seen On platform, consumers will be able to purchase house wares, furniture, beauty products, apparel and accessories that are associated with each show.

"If there is a hallmark for NBC and Bravo's interactive efforts, it is innovation that enriches the viewer experience for our programming," notes Stephen Andrade, NBC Vice President of Interactive Development. "After consistently receiving viewer inquiries about products seen in our shows, we welcomed Delivery Agent's solution to connect viewers with products in this important new area for our business because they share a commitment to innovation, and above all, to our viewers' experience."

"Working with these top-rated NBC and Bravo programs is indeed an honor and a responsibility we take very seriously," said Michael Fitzsimmons, Delivery Agent's CEO. "Much has been written lately about the convergence of entertainment and commerce. Missing from the dialogue is how an integrated brand will make its way from the screen into the consumer's home. Delivery Agent is excited to offer its dynamic patent-pending Just Seen On commerce solution to solve the extensive complexities of this evolving business challenge. Successfully navigating among production companies, networks, brands and consumers presents logistical challenges that can only be solved with a targeted platform."

Delivery Agent's patent-pending Just Seen On platform is currently in use by major movie studios, producers, television networks and leading consumer brands. The platform enables viewers to purchase products they see on screen by visiting an entertainment property's website and clicking on a Delivery Agent powered online store. Alternatively, viewers can purchase by calling a Delivery Agent managed toll-free number or directly from their remote control or wireless device. The one-to-one, multi-channel relationships, facilitated by Delivery Agent, among programs, viewers and products, have opened new marketing channels and extended the value of programming for Just Seen On brands and entertainment properties.
