ABC Extends 'Hope & Faith,' 'My Wife & Kids' to 26 Episodes

LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- ABC will once again ask its hit comedies to go the extra mile as the network confirmed this week it has ordered four additional episodes of "Hope & Faith" and "My Wife and Kids."
Said orders bring each show's respective total to 26 episodes this season. The pair join "According to Jim," which began the season with a 26-episode commitment.
"Jim" currently ranks as the Alphabet's most-watched comedy, averaging 10.95 million viewers this season, followed by "Rodney" (9.58 million), "George Lopez" (8.63 million), "My Wife and Kids" (8.62 million), "Hope & Faith" (7.05 million), "8 Simple Rules" (6.62 million), "Less Than Perfect" (6.21 million) and "Complete Savages" (6.04 million).
