RYAN SEACREST TO HOST AND EXECUTIVE-PRODUCE "AMERICAN TOP 40 LIVE" AIRING LIVE SUNDAY, APRIL 24, ON FOX

Special Will Showcase Pop Music's Biggest and Brightest, With Performances by Ryan Cabrera, Gavin DeGraw, Finger Eleven, Maroon 5 and Hoobastank Ciara, J-Kwon, Black Eyed Peas and Avril Lavigne to Make Special Appearances

AMERICAN TOP 40 LIVE, a new special recognizing the hottest solo artists, groups and songs in pop music based on the year's leading performers on the "American Top 40" radio countdown show, will air live from Los Angeles Sunday, April 24 (8:00-10:00 PM ET Live/PT Tape-Delayed) on FOX. American Idol's Ryan Seacrest will host and executive-produce the special.

AMERICAN TOP 40 LIVE expands on Premiere Radio Networks' nationally syndicated "American Top 40" countdown show, also hosted and executive- produced by Seacrest, which showcases the biggest songs of the pop music genre in the U.S. The special will break new ground as the only show to exclusively salute the music industry's most recognizable and encompassing genre � pop music.

The national radio audience will have the chance to see their favorite "American Top 40" artists in action with performances and interviews. AMERICAN TOP 40 LIVE will feature performances by Ryan Cabrera, Gavin DeGraw, Finger Eleven, Maroon 5 and Hoobastank. Ciara, J-Kwon, Black Eyed Peas and Avril Lavigne will make special appearances to discuss how the "American Top 40" countdown show has impacted their careers and propelled them to stardom. Additional appearances and performers will be announced closer to air.

AMERICAN TOP 40 LIVE will be executive-produced by Ryan Seacrest, Ryan Seacrest Productions.
