CBS Joins Abc, NBC in Presidential Address Coverage

LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- With just hours to go until its broadcast, CBS has confirmed it will carry President Bush's address to the nation tonight at 8:00/7:00c.

Only a half-hour has been slotted however compared with a full hour on ABC and NBC.

The Eye's coverage will be followed by a repeat of "The King of Queens" (episode TBA), a new "Fire Me... Please" and a repeat of "48 Hours Mystery."

Here's a breakdown of tonight's lineup on ABC, CBS and NBC. As of press time, FOX, UPN and the WB will not be changing their schedules but may be pre-empted in some markets.

Update (Wednesday): FOX also opted to air the President's address.
