SPIKE TV ORIGINAL SERIES PREMIERE

* THE ULTIMATE FIGHTER SEASON 2

Second season premieres Monday, August 22 (11:05 PM-Midnight, ET/PT). New episodes premiere Mondays (11:05 PM-Midnight, ET/PT); encores Thursdays (11:00 PM - Midnight, ET/PT) and Saturdays (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT).

Eighteen of the best Mixed Martial Arts fighters, nine Heavyweights and nine Welterweights, have come from around the world to Las Vegas with one dream -- to be named the "Ultimate Fighter" and to be given a contract in the Ultimate Fighting Championship(R) organization. Coached by two world-renowned UFC champions, Matt Hughes and Rich Franklin, these men will train together, live together and compete against each other while trying to make that dream a reality. Hosted by UFC(TM) President, Dana White this series provides an inside look at the process of locating, developing and training the professional Ultimate Fighters(TM) of the future.
