VH1 Knows Best by Giving the Hogans a Second Season Pick-Up

Hulk Hogan and Family will Continue to Captivate Viewers as Part of the Network's 'Celebreality' Block

NEW YORK, Aug. 4 -- The fans have spoken! Due to the overwhelming response to the Hogan family, VH1 will bring back the highly-rated "Hogan Knows Best" for a second season. Each week, viewers have watched the legendary "Hulkster" wrestle with the everyday triumphs and struggles of family life, while juggling the challenges that come with parenting two teenagers.

The July 10 season premiere of "Hogan Knows Best," was the number one rated telecast in the P18-49 demographic for the night, breaking VH1 records with a 1.9 in the demo. It was the highest rated series premiere in the network's history and the highest rated regular episode telecast ever.

The new order will include 12 episodes, 4 more than the show's first season. Season 2 is slated to premiere in first quarter 2006.

"Hogan Knows Best" is produced by Pink Sneakers Productions for VH1. Kimberly Belcher Cowin is Executive Producer. John Ehrhard is Producer. Scott Bennett is Director/Co-Producer. Michael Hirschorn, Shelly Tatro and Brad Abramson are Executive Producers for VH1. Warren Cohen is Supervising Producer for VH1.
