WE: Women's Entertainment Makes a Match with Kiss & Tell

Match.com Signs on as the Exclusive Sponsor for WE's New Original Dating Reality series Kiss & Tell

New York, NY - September 20, 2005 - WE: Women's Entertainment, the only cable network dedicated to helping women connect to one another and the world around them, announced today that Match.com, the world's largest dating and relationship site, has signed on as the exclusive sponsor for the network's new original reality dating series, Kiss & Tell. The nine-part series, following the lives of 12 single men and women in NY on their quest for dating adventures, premieres Monday, September 26that 10 PM.

As part of the sponsorship agreement, the network will feature Match.com dating expert Dawn Yanek in custom vignettes where she provides advice and insight about the do's and don'ts of dating. A new vignette will air with each new weekly episode and will be based on Match.com's Love Guide, a free, step-by-step program that focuses on self evaluation, expanding one's romantic possibilities and managing relationships. Viewers can also log onto WE's web site at www.we.tv to view the vignettes and integrated tune-in spots will also be airing throughout the series on the network.

"The Kiss & Tell series furthers the network's commitment to producing quality original programming and Match.com fits in as a perfect sponsor for the series," said Arlene Manos, President, Rainbow National Network Advertising Sales. "We are very pleased to provide another opportunity for match.com to brand their message and to reach a larger female demographic, and we think our viewers will really enjoy an inside look into dating life, as well as relate to the expert advice Match.com has to offer."

"For more than a decade, Match.com has been creating new romantic opportunities for single people and providing them with the tools and advice they need to find loving, lasting relationships," said Kristin Kelly, senior director of public relations for Match.com. "Our partnership with WE and its Kiss & Tell series provides an effective and entertaining way for us to show consumers we understand about the complications of love and, most importantly, Match.com's commitment to making the search for love as simple as possible."

Kiss & Tell treats viewers to a look at a new set of dating rules and the experiences that follow, including: nights out at the trendiest bars and restaurants; intimate talks about who's datable and who's not; which gender has the upper hand in dating; and how far men vs. women go on the first date. The dynamics of the group range from a Park Avenue Princess to a Downtown Bartender and even include a Scientist and an Heir.

The launch of Kiss & Tell comes on the heels of the record ratings WE scored with "American Princess" and an overall successful summer for WE. The network's ratings increased by +50% from Summer '04 (0.2) to Summer '05 (0.3), making it the #3 network for Prime ratings growth (compared to networks in 50+ million homes). In addition, 70% of WE's top 10 rated telecasts in the 04-05 season to date, aired from Jun-05 to Aug-05. American Princess debuted on WE 8/7/05 with a 0.42 HH rating. Summer '05 was also WE's best summer ever for audience size and concentration, with HH delivery up +14% from Summer '04, and demo delivery and VPVH levels for W18-49 and W25-54 at their highest summer levels.
