USA NETWORK IS #1 AGAIN!

NEW YORK, NY - November 15, 2005 - In the second week of November, USA Network continued as the top rated basic cable entertainment network in primetime last week in P18-34 (1.4 rating), P18-49 (1.4 rating), P25-54 (1.3 rating) and total viewers (2.8 million).

USA's ratings success was driven by the power of the WWE's MONDAY NIGHT RAW and acquired theatricals, including this past week's network premiere of HOW TO LOSE A GUY IN TEN DAYS.

- Since the return of the WWE six weeks ago, USA has been the #1 basic cable network on Monday night in households (3.0), P18-34 (1.9), P18-49 (1.7), P25-54 (1.7) and total viewers. With 4.5 million and 4.4 million total viewers respectively, the WWE's MONDAY NIGHT RAW telecasts at 9p and 10p were the top two basic cable entertainment programs for the week among households (3.0 rating), P25-54 (1.7) and total viewers. Despite strong competition from football on Monday, MONDAY NIGHT RAW was able to grow from the previous week in all key demos, gaining +8% in households, up +11% among total viewers, up +4% among P18-34, +up 2% among P18-49 and up 6% among P25-54. Versus delivery on Spike during a comparable period last year (10/04-11/14/04), RAW's delivery to date on USA is up +13% in households, up +20% in total viewers, up +51% in P18-34, up +29% in P18-49 and up +17% in P25-54.

- USA's network premiere of HOW TO LOSE A GUY IN TEN DAYS at 8p on Saturday was the top rated basic cable prime movie of the week among P18-49 (1.8). USA's four weekend airings of the theatrical acquisition were the top four basic cable prime movies of the week in P18-34 (Sunday 8p - 1.8 rating, Sunday 10:30p - 1.8 rating, Saturday 8p - 1.8 rating and Friday 8p - 1.7 rating).

- With the two telecasts of MONDAY NIGHT RAW and two airings of HOW TO LOSE A GUY IN TEN DAYS, USA was home to 4 of the top 10 basic cable prime programs for the week among both P18-49 and P25-54.

Last week was also USA's highest rated week in P18-34 and P18-49 in over three years (since the week of 7/22/02), as well as the best week in P25-54 since the first week of 2005. USA increased its ratings over the same week last year (11/08-11/14/04) by double-digits, gaining +20% in households, +42% in P18-34 delivery, +31% in P18-49 delivery, +22% in P25-54 delivery and +18% among total viewers.
