USA Continues Strong Performance Network Ranks #1 Again

USA CONTINUES STRONG PERFORMANCE NETWORK RANKS #1 AGAIN

NEW YORK -- December 20, 2005 -- USA finished the third week of December as the top-rated basic cable entertainment network among households (2.5 rating), P18-49 (1.2 rating), P25-54 (1.3 rating), and total viewers (2.9 million).

USA's success was driven this week with exceptional performances by the WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW and the special "Viewer's Choice" marathon of LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT. Additionally, the network placed more programs in the week's P25-54 basic cable prime TOP 10 list than any other channel, with 2 telecasts of WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW, 3 episodes of LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT and 1 episode of LAW & ORDER: CRIMINAL INTENT.

With 5.1 million total viewers in each hour, WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW telecasts at 9p and 10p on Monday were the top two basic cable entertainment programs of the week among households and total viewers. In addition, USA was the #1 network in basic cable prime on Monday night (8p-11p) among households (3.5 rating), P18-34 (2.1 rating), P18-49 (1.9 rating) and P25-54 (1.9 rating). This is the eleventh week in a row that USA has been the #1 basic cable network on Monday night among key demos: total viewers, P18-34, and P18-49.

Sunday's 8p, 9p, and 10p LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT special "Viewer's Choice" airings were the top three basic cable procedural dramas of the week among P18-49 and P25-54 and increased delivery in the 8p-11p time period by 30% among P18-49 and by 48% among P25-54 versus the prior four weeks. Sunday's 10p airing of LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT (2.020 million P25-54) was the most-watched episode on USA in the demo since 3/09/05 at 9p (2.022 P25-54) and was the most-watched Sunday night on USA among P25-54 since the summer (week of 7/25/05).

Versus the same period last year (9/27-12/19/04), USA is up 21% in households, up 34% in P18-34 delivery, up 25% in P18-49 delivery, up 18% in P25-54 delivery, and up 23% in total viewers.

WWE delivery on USA continues to surpass WWE delivery on Spike during a comparable period last year (10/04-12/19/04), with WWE's delivery to date on USA up 8% among households, up 14% among total viewers, up 18% among P12-17, up 33% among P18-34, up 17% among P18-49, and up 9% among P25-54.
