NBC UNIVERSAL TELEVISION DISTRIBUTION'S BLIND DATE LAUNCHES ITS FIRST-EVER INTERACTIVE WEBSITE SERVICE

Viewers To Get Unprecedented Opportunity To Fill In Famous 'Blind Date Thought Bubbles' In The Show

LOS ANGELES -- February 14, 2006 -- NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution's Blind Date is launching a ground-breaking new interactive web service, "Fast Track to Fame," allowing viewers the use their creative skills on the nationally syndicated television series, it was announced today by Blind Date Executive Producer, Thomas Klein.

Beginning this month, "Fast Track to Fame' subscribers will receive access to an exclusive section of the Blind Date website (www.blinddatetv.com), where each week a video clip from one of the show's famous blind dates will be placed on the web service with blank 'thought bubbles.' Participants can write their own entertaining captions and submit them directly to the show's producers. One winner will be selected each week and have his or her date captions used on the nationally syndicated series beginning February 24.

"We are really excited by the creation of "Fast Track To Fame," says Klein. "We have had a loyal following for seven seasons and we are truly looking forward to seeing what our viewers have to contribute--this should be hilarious. We think this is a great opportunity for them to not only watch the show, but participate as well."

Additionally, members will be able to email unlimited versions of their scripted video clips to their friends and family. Additional content exclusive to "Fast Track to Fame" subscribers includes never- before- seen audition footage, segments from the uncensored Pay- Per-View/ DVD versions of Blind Date, and scenes from upcoming episodes.
