Adult Swim Charts Ad-Supported Basic Cable History with Largest Men 18-34 and Men 18-24 Total Day Delivery for Any First Quarter

Adult Swim Ranks #1 for Total Day Delivery of Men 18-24 for 52 Consecutive Weeks, One Full Year

March 06 Performance Also Scores Cable Record for Best-Ever Total Day Delivery of Adults 18-34, 18-24 and Men 18-34, 18-24

Completing one full year as an individually rated network, Adult Swim will officially be ranked #1 in First Quarter total day delivery of men 18-34 and men 18-24 among all ad-supported basic cable, according to preliminary data from Nielsen Media Research. The performance earns a new basic cable record for the best delivery of both young male demos by any ad-supported cable network during the first quarter of the year.

In addition to the new records, Adult Swim also ranked #1 in first quarter total day delivery of adults 18-24 and #2 in delivery of adults 18-34.

Adult Swims performance continues to shine even when compared to the delivery of other basic cable networks prime time performance. For instance, in the first quarter of 2006, during its primary run (Monday-Thursday and Saturday from 11 p.m.-2 a.m. and Saturday from 10 p.m.-2 a.m.), Adult Swim delivery of adults 18-34 (470,000) beat the prime time (Monday-Sunday, 8 p.m.-11 p.m.) of every basic cable network except for USA and TBS. Among men 18-34, Adult Swim outdelivers every other networks prime time performance with its primary late night run.

Adult Swim continues its strong head-to-head performance against broadcast competitors. For the first quarter of 2006, it outdelivered The Late Show with David Letterman, Jimmy Kimmel Live and The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson with men 18-34 in their competitive time periods.

And, marking its first full year ranked as a separate network, Adult Swim won the top spot among ad-supported basic cable networks with men 18-24 every single week of the last year, 52 weeks in a row.
