A&E's hit real-life series THE FIRST 48 (tm) follows homicide detectives from around the country as they race to solve mysterious and harrowing murders before time runs out. LOVED TO DEATH -- In Miami, Florida, detectives Fernando Bosch and Ricky Martinez are called to a wealthy high-rise condo where they find a grisly crime scene -- a bathroom covered with blood. To track down the killer, investigators follow a blood trail that leads them out of the building and into a hair-raising manhunt.

UNMASKED -- In Memphis, Tennessee, Sergeant Caroline Mason and her team respond to a convenience store shooting, where surveillance cameras captured the last few moments of a man's life. Investigators must sift through the footage for clues that will point them to the killer.

A cross between Law & Order and CSI, THE FIRST 48 (tm) takes viewers behind the scenes of real-life investigations like they've never been seen on television, with unprecedented access to crime scenes, forensic processing, interrogations, and manhunts.
