February 21, 2007, Hollywood, California - Emmy Award winning hit comedy series "My Name is Earl" is the highest-rated series from a third party network/studio to be made available to consumers via digital platforms following a digital distribution deal between the NBC network and the 20th Century Fox TV studio. Deal is 20th's first with a third party broadcast network.

Remarked 20th Century Fox TV Presidents Dana Walden and Gary Newman, "'My Name is Earl' is a perfect comedy for the digital age - it's youthful, innovative and incredibly funny. Making a deal that extends the show's reach was important to both companies and will be a huge win for the show, for its fans and for the new viewers we'll recruit through these alternative platforms. We're thrilled to see it happen."

"Now more than ever, it's critically important to be using the emerging digital markets strategically," said Marc Graboff, President, NBC Universal Television, West Coast. "This deal is an excellent example of how this network and our studio partners can work together to give a series like "Earl" every advantage that these emerging distribution platforms have to offer. We are thrilled to be in close collaboration with our partners at Twentieth."
