RETURN TO RENO! NEW EPISODES OF "RENO 911!" DEBUT APRIL 1 AT 10:30 P.M.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

NEW YORK, March 12, 2007 -- After a trip to the silver screen and some Miami vice, the Reno cops return to their roots in new episodes of "RENO 911!" on Sunday, April 1 at 10:30 p.m. The half-hour comedy is created by and stars Robert Ben Garant, Kerri Kenney-Silver and Thomas Lennon as cops on the beat in Reno, Nevada. This hilarious take on the traditional cop drama is a character-driven comedy with soap opera-like twists and turns.

Encore presentations of "RENO 911!" air Sundays at 1:00 a.m.

The debut episode on April 1 features the Reno Sheriff's Department getting a corporate sponsor: Hotty's Restaurants. Future episodes include Kimball taking Officer Johnson to her Christian Karaoke singles mixer, Jones and Garcia being transferred to mounted patrol and Lt. Dangle accepting a wedding proposition from his ex-wife's husband.

"RENO 911!" gives viewers the chance to witness the men and women of the Reno Sheriff's Department at work and at play, offering a hilarious and unexpected spoof of the traditional cop reality program. With an ensemble cast that features "Viva Variety" and "The State" alumni Robert Ben Garant, Kerri Kenney-Silver and Thomas Lennon, "RENO 911!" is a narrative comedy about the adventures and relationships of a local Reno, Nevada precinct. Joining Garant, Kenney-Silver and Lennon on the "Reno 911!" beat are Carlos Alazraqui, Mary Birdsong, Wendi McLendon-Covey, Niecy Nash and Cedric Yarbrough.

On comedycentral.com, fans of the series will be treated to four exclusive "Cop on Cop" video pieces, where the Reno officers finally share the dirt about their colleagues in the deptartment. The site also features an all-new "Reno Casino," where fans can play four Reno-themed gambling games including Craps, Video Poker, Blackjack and Slots and a Reno paintball game, where the user, as one of the Reno officers, is pitted against the rest of the Sheriff's dept. Also included on the site is a newsletter featuring exclusive dispatches from Lt. Dangle himself, exclusive video surrounding the film, "RENO 911!: Miami" and mobile ringtones and wallpapers for users who want to wear their passion for Reno like a badge.

Credits for "RENO 911!" include John Landgraf, Garant, Kenney-Silver and Lennon as executive producers and Peter Principato and Paul Young as co-executive producers. Jim Sharp and Monika Zielinska serve as the executives in charge of production for COMEDY CENTRAL. Jersey Television was formerly headed by John Landgraf, who is now president and general manager of the cable network FX. Landgraf continues to executive produce "RENO 911!," along with his former Jersey partners Danny DeVito, Michael Shamberg and Stacey Sher.
