When Paige (Kydd) returns after her first year at Harvard, Jason isnt sure whether she is back to help Trevor get the marina or to be with him.

Tanya (Weigel) is also on edge with the Bradshaws returning to town. Looking at some serious jail time because of her relationship with Lane last summer and being stuck working at her mothers hair salon, Tanya starts to unravel fast. Other people start to take notice of her behavior, as her drinking problem continues to grow. But can she clean up and get it together in time for her court appearance?

Meanwhile, as impending fatherhood is beating down Dannys door he also has to put up with the constant harassment of Erins parents. Determined to get out of the Haddad house with Erin, he decides to buy a car and take her back to Falcon Beach to have the baby. But trouble arises on the road home when Erin goes into labor.
