NEW YORK July 3, 2007 Bravo has tapped three music industry veterans to helm the network's live 18-hour coverage of "Live Earth: The Concerts for a Climate in Crisis" from 9AM-3AM ET on 7/7/07. Former MTV host Dave Holmes, model-turned actress and former MTV VJ Karen Duffy and VH1 presenter Aamer Haleem will host the broadcast from New York's Giants Stadium, providing viewers with exclusive interviews from inside, outside and backstage at the event, as well as "Best of" moments from the nine legendary concerts from seven continents. The performances scheduled include Madonna, The Police, Bon Jovi, Sheryl Crow, John Mayer, Kelly Clarkson, Melissa Etheridge, Faith Hill, Fall Out Boy, Shakira, Kanye West, Enrique Iglesias, The Red Hot Chili Peppers and many others.

Anchoring from Bravo's box at Giants Stadium, Holmes (MTV's "Total Request Live," "Reno 911") and Duffy ("Husbands and Wives," "Dumb and Dumber") will be on hand to cover the entire 18-hour broadcast, from pre-concert preparations to musical acts from around the world to celebrity interviews. In addition, Holmes will blog live with up-to-the-minute updates throughout the concerts. Fresh off his coverage of the Princes Diana Concert, Haleem (VH1's "VSpot Top 20 Video Countdown," "LIVE 8" and "Bands Reunited") will report from backstage, capturing interviews with artists and all the backstage excitement during this historic event.

In addition to concert footage, Bravo brings viewers interviews with musical artists, actors, green activists, politicians and more. Throughout the broadcast, public service announcements will offer environmental messages from celebrities such as Cameron Diaz, Will Ferrell, Jessica Biel, Ben Affleck, Holly Hunter, Naomi Watts, among others. For online users, www.BravoTV.com will feature a photo gallery of the artists performing at Live Earth, live blogging from the New York show at Giants Stadium, a schedule of Bravo's on-air programming, and tips and features on how to live a greener life.

From the producers of "Live 8," this monumental music event will bring together more than 100 of today's hottest artists and two billion people to focus the world's attention on the global climate crisis and what can be done to reduce global warming. The "Live Earth" concerts will take place in New York, London, Sydney, Tokyo, Shanghai, Johannesburg, Rio de Janeiro, Hamburg and Istanbul. Some of the hottest musical acts scheduled to perform include: Madonna, Bon Jovi, The Police, Dave Matthews Band, Smashing Pumpkins, Sheryl Crow, Kelly Clarkson, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Kanye West, Melissa Etheridge, John Mayer, Faith Hill, Shakira, Mana, Black Eyed Peas, Fall Out Boy, Enrique Iglesias, Duran Duran and many more. The 24 hours of music across all seven continents will deliver a call to action and the solutions needed to answer the call. Live Earth marks the beginning of a multi-year campaign led by The Alliance for Climate Protection and its Chair, former Vice President Al Gore, to move individuals, corporations and governments to take action. The concerts will be produced by Control Room, of which Kevin Wall is the CEO. Wall won an Emmy as worldwide executive producer of "Live 8" and has produced numerous live concert events.
