NEW YORK � July 19, 2007 � The Academy of Television & Arts Sciences recognized SCI FI for its breadth of outstanding programming with seven Emmy nominations. The impressive haul includes four nods for critical and fan favorite Battlestar Galactica including nominations for Outstanding Writing and Directing for a Drama Series, two for last December's acclaimed Lost Room miniseries, and the first nomination for the Channel's top-rated original series Eureka.
