New York, NY, January 23, 2008�NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution has renewed "The Martha Stewart Show" in more than 85% of the country for its fourth season in national syndication, it was announced today by Barry Wallach, President, NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution.

"The Martha Stewart Show," which is currently in its third season in national syndication, has been sold to the NBC Local Media stations in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Dallas, Miami, and San Diego for the 2008-2009 season, as well as to stations from Fox, Belo, Fisher, Scripps, Hearst, Allbritton, LIN, Young, Raycom, Clear Channel and other leading broadcast station groups for its fourth season.

"The Martha Stewart Show," a daily "how-to" series anchored by segments that entertain, inform and inspire, continues to deliver one of the most loyal, engaged audiences embraced by advertisers in all of national syndication. Shot in front of a studio audience, the hour-long program's format allows audience members, home viewers and special guests to participate and interact with host Martha Stewart.

"The Martha Stewart Show" sheds new light on subjects including cooking and entertaining, decorating, crafting, gardening, and home renovation and provides a forum for Martha Stewart's sense of humor, love of fun and desire to teach. Martha Stewart and Mark Burnett are executive producers. Bernie Young is co-executive producer.

The Emmy-winning series is produced by MSLO Productions, Inc. in association with Mark Burnett Productions and is distributed by NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution to more than 95% of the country.
