EASY MONEY (The CW) - Emmy-winner Laurie Metcalf ("Roseanne") is set to topline the Media Rights Capital-produced drama, about a family of loan sharks. She'll play the clan's matriarch, who runs the business. Andy Schneider and Diane Frolov are behind the hour, which will air on Sunday nights this fall.

THE FALL OF BOB (Showtime, New!) - Danny Zuker ("Stacked") has landed a script commitment from the pay channel for a new single-camera comedy that revolves around a man whose life flashes before his eyes as he jumps off a building. The series would then follow the lead character, Bob, as he narrates his life through flashbacks. Zuker is executive producing the half-hour alongside George Clooney and Grant Heslov via their Smokehouse banner.

LALOLA (FOX, New!) - Kevin Falls ("Journeyman") has booked a put pilot order from the network for a domestic take on Argentina/Dori Media International's telenovela hit of the same name. The project, which is set up at Sony Pictures Television, revolves around a womanizer at a sports management firm who is transformed into a woman and finds him/herself enduring the same kind of abuse he used to dole out. Falls, who's penning the hour, will executive produce with Jamie Tarses.

PRIVILEGED (A.K.A. SURVIVING THE FILTHY RICH) (The CW) - Anne Archer ("Ghost Whisperer") has joined the cast of the netlet's upcoming drama, about a Yale-educated woman (Joanna Garcia) who is hired to be the live-in tutor/life coach to two rich 16-year-old twin girls (Lucy Hale, Ashley Newbrough) in Palm Beach. She'll take over for Marsha Mason as Laurel Limoges, the girls' grandmother. No specific reason was given for the recasting. Allan Louis and Michael Cassidy also star in the Warner Bros. Television-based project, which was created by Rina Mimoun based on the book series by Zoey Dean.

VIRTUALITY (FOX) - "New Amsterdam" alum Nikolaj Coster-Waldau has joined the cast of the two-hour drama pilot, about Earth's first starship, which is equipped with advanced virtual reality modules. He'll play Frank Pike, the mission's commander who's described as a born leader. The show's ensemble also includes James D'Arcy, Jimmi Simpson, Joy Bryant, Kerry Bishe, Nelson Lee, Omar Metwally, Richie Coster and Sienna Guillory. Michael Taylor and Ronald D. Moore co-created the project, which is set up at Universal Media Studios. Peter Berg is directing.
