Said executive producer Ken Ehrlich: "Celebrating the Academy's 60th birthday will be an important part of this year's Emmy show, but we wanted to do it in a way that tied several generations of television's past to the present. By having many of television's brightest stars of today recall their favorite television lines, we've been able to have it all, and we think this will be one of the most fun segments of a very exciting and fresh Emmy show."

"The 60th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards" is being produced by AEG Ehrlich Ventures LLC. Ehrlich is executive producer, along with producer Renato Basile and co-producer Danette Herman. Louis J. Horvitz is directing.
