New York, NY, June 25th, 2009 -Television veterans Joseph Freed and Shane Farley both have been promoted to Co-Executive Producer of the Emmy Award-winning talk show RACHAEL RAY, it was announced today by Executive Producer Janet Annino, to whom they report.

For the past three seasons, Freed served as Senior Supervising Producer at RACHAEL RAY, while Farley was Supervising Producer. In their new roles, they will share responsibility for overseeing all the creative and administrative aspects of production for the daytime show, which launches its fourth season on September 14th.

"Joseph and Shane have shown strong and creative leadership since they joined Rachael'," Annino said. "I am very excited to have them alongside me as co-executive producers as we all take on our 4th season."

Said host Rachael Ray, "I am thrilled that both Joseph and Shane have received promotions on a show they helped turn into the success it is today. It is obvious that they love what they do. My name is on the door' as they say, but I know it takes a great team to make Rachael Ray' work and these guys are key to creating an entertaining experience for our viewers."

Freed and Farley came to the show with more than 15 years experience producing award-winning, creative and engaging television programming. After eight years as a producer and director at "Entertainment Tonight," Freed broke into original reality programming, by developing and executive producing TLC's hit series, "Little People, Big World," with Gay Rosenthal Productions.
