Exclusive: FOX to Flip "Target," "Idol" on Wednesdays

LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- FOX is already rethinking its midseason plans as "Human Target" and "American Idol" will now flip time periods on Wednesday nights.

Newcomer "Target" will still launch on Sunday, January 17 at 8:00/7:00c and get a post-"Idol" boost on Wednesday, January 20 at 9:00/8:00c.

Beginning January 27 however, "Target" will assume the 8:00/7:00c slot on Wednesdays with "Idol" following at 9:00/8:00c.

Said news, set to be formally announced later today, was confirmed to the site exclusively this morning.
