"CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM" TO PREMIERE ON TV GUIDE NETWORK WITH FULL-LENGTH EPISODES AS ORIGINALLY CONCEIVED BY LEGENDARY SHOW CREATOR AND STAR LARRY DAVID

Award-Winning Series Makes Its Debut on Basic Cable on Wednesday, March 10 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT

LOS ANGELES (January 14, 2010) TV Guide Network today announced that "Curb Your Enthusiasm," the ground-breaking, critically acclaimed HBO comedy series created by and starring Larry David (Co-Creator, "Seinfeld"), will be televised with its full-length episodes to honor the creative integrity of this clever and irreverent show. TV Guide Network will not cut-down the shows to fit a traditional half-hour format thereby allowing the show to play as originally intended by Larry David. The episodes will be edited only for language and nudity. "Curb Your Enthusiasm" premieres on TV Guide Network on Wednesday, March 10 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT. The announcement was made by TV Guide Network President Ryan O'Hara at the Television Critics Association Winter Press Tour.

"'Curb Your Enthusiasm' is one of the most brilliant comedy series in modern television, and a show of this caliber deserves to be shown in as much of its entirety as possible," said Mr. O'Hara. "We are thrilled that our viewers will be able to enjoy the full-length episodes as conceived by the show creator Larry David."

TV Guide Network will preserve the integrity of the show by keeping as much original content as suitable for basic cable audiences. The episodes will be edited by HBO for standards and practices, but will not be edited for time.

"Curb Your Enthusiasm" garnered tremendous buzz and critical praise for its seventh season which recently aired on HBO at the end of 2009. The season featured a long-awaited reunion with the famed cast of "Seinfeld" 11 years after the show's finale. In addition, the series' seventh season recently earned a Screen Actors Guild award nomination for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series.

"Curb Your Enthusiasm" stars Larry David as himself in an unsparing but tongue-in-cheek depiction of his life. Shot in a verite style and featuring celebrities playing themselves, the episodes are improvised by the actors from an outline created by David. The series also stars Cheryl Hines as David's wife Cheryl, Jeff Garlin as David's manager Jeff and Susie Essman as Jeff's wife Susie. The show was nominated for four Emmys in 2008, including Outstanding Comedy Series. It won the Golden Globe in the Best Television Series - Musical or Comedy category in 2002. In 2003, Robert B. Weide won a directing Emmys for his work on the series. The series has also received awards from the Writers Guild of America, Directors Guild of America, Banff Television Festival, American Film Institute and Monte Carlo Television Festival, among others. "Curb Your Enthusiasm" is executive produced by Larry David, Jeff Garlin, Gavin Polone, Alec Berg, David Mandel, Jeff Schaffer, Tim Gibbons and Erin O'Malley.
