TLC AIRS ALL NEW "KATE PLUS 8" SPECIAL ON SUNDAY, JULY 11 On Sunday, July 11 at 9 pm ET/PT, TLC will air an all new KATE PLUS 8 special. In this hour, ever-organized Kate plans to tackle some much needed projects around the house and create a manual for the many household systems that she never had to worry about until recently. While the Gosselin kids are excited to play all day, Kate has other plans in store for these first summer days from home improvement projects to preparing for a few new family pets. The Gosselin clan gets even bigger when Kate decides to get chickens for the family. While Kate is most excited by the prospect of daily organic eggs, the kids anxiously anticipate the arrival of their feathery friends. But before the chickens arrive, the family must pitch in and build a real chicken coop with the help of some Amish friends. Kate plans to make a special egg-centered meal for the kids, but will the chickens adapt to their new home successfully or will the meal be delayed?
