VETERAN ACTOR & COMEDIAN KEVIN POLLAK'S THE LITTLEST SUSPECT TO PREMIERE ON SHOWTIME(R), JULY 29TH AT 11 PM ET/PT

Comedy special is the latest installment of the SHOWTIME on-going LAUGH OUT LOUD comedy franchise

LOS ANGELES, CA - (July 19, 2010) - Chock full of uncanny impersonations and behind the scenes stories from Kevin Pollak's long-standing film career, THE LITTLEST SUSPECT is a one-hour stand-up special from the comedian best known for his award-winning work as an actor in over 60 films (A Few Good Men, Casino, The Usual Suspects). In the special Pollak channels such iconic celebrities as Christopher Walken, Jack Nicholson, Larry King, William Shatner, Alan Arkin, Peter Falk and Paul Riser. Pollak recalls his numerous practical jokes over the years, particularly at the expense of such celebrity friends as Arkin & Walken.

Pollak has captured the attention of audiences worldwide with his range of both dramatic and comedic roles. Over the past two decades, he has established himself as one of the few stand-up comedians to have a successful dramatic film career. In addition to his acting talents, he is an accomplished writer and producer. Pollak started out as a stand-up comedian, and was recently named one of Comedy Central's "Top 100 Comedians of All Time." He first started performing stand-up comedy at the age of ten and became a touring professional at age twenty. In 1988 Pollak landed a role in George Lucas' "Willow", directed by Ron Howard. It was Pollak's role in the 1992 film "A Few Good Men", directed by Rob Reiner, starring Tom Cruise, Jack Nicholson and Demi Moore, that proved his ability to share the big screen with dramatic heavyweights. He then went on to co-star in the box-office success "Grumpy Old Men" and its sequel, "Grumpier Old Men." In 1994, he was offered a plum role in a little indy film called "The Usual Suspects." The film went on to win two Academy Awards. Later that same year, he starred opposite Robert DeNiro, Joe Pesci and Sharon Stone in Martin Scorsese's Vegas epic, "Casino." In 2002, he re-teamed with Eddie Murphy in "Dr. Doolittle 2." Pollak appeared in "The Santa Clause 2 & 3" with Tim Allen and co-starred with Matthew Perry, in the indie, dark comedy film "Numb."

Additional projects include "The Underworld", "From the Earth to the Moon", the voice of "Mr. Bells" on "The Drew Carey Show" and he hosted the first season of Bravo's "Celebrity Poker Showdown." Pollak has headlined two of his own HBO stand-up comedy specials, the latest being, "Kevin Pollak, Stop With The Kicking", and is also the host of an award-winning talk show, Kevin Pollak's Chat Show, which streams live every week.

SHOWTIME LAUGH OUT LOUD has premiered popular, provocative specials from comedians such as Mo'Nique ("I Coulda Been Your CellMate"), Dave Chapelle ("For What It's Worth"), Sarah Silverman ("Jesus Is Magic"), George Lopez ("Why You Crying?") and Mike Epps ("UnderratedNever Faded & X-Rated") that have all pushed the boundaries of televised comedy.
