CBS, this season's ratings leader in viewers and demographics, looks to build upon its strong start with a November filled with big episodes and big guest stars.

Among the month's guest stars are Michael J. Meanwhile, Marshall (Jason Segel) and Lily (Alyson Hannigan) help Robin (Cobie Smulders) deal with her annoying new co-worker. Guest starring are Judy Reyes ("Scrubs") as Jane Livingstone, a linguist who befriends Allison, and Rena Sofer ("NCIS," "24") as Dr. Natalie Salem, who treats Allison for her language issues.

Friday, Nov. 5 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) CSI: NY - The CSI's investigate a series of sniper shootings and Mac (Gary Sinise) discovers the lead suspect is a former kidnap victim whom he rescued after three weeks of searching.
