Guy Fieri frequently has friends visit, but this holiday season he welcomes an extra special guest to lend a hand in the kitchen: actor Matthew McConaughey! The two begin the one-hour primetime special with roasted Malibu Oysters and a bubbly Ting Cocktail. For the main course, they make an Herb-Rubbed Pork Roast with Pesto Veggies served alongside a fresh Farro Salad with Citrus Vinaigrette. To top off the meal in style, Matthew stirs up his favorite margarita.

Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives
Premieres Saturday, December 18th at 9pm
Guy searches for all kinds of sandwiches starting at a tiny spot in Minneapolis known for their meatloaf sandwich. Then, he visits a pub putting their unique spin on a Reuben with homemade sauerkraut in Spokane, Wash., and Triple-D fans show Guy their favorite hot dog joint in North Wildwood, N.J.
