Fan Favorites DALLAS and GREEN ACRES Airing For The First Time on CMT

NASHVILLE - December 22, 2010 - What better way to start off the new year than with old friends as CMT presents marathons of the classic series' THE DUKES OF HAZZARD, DALLAS and GREEN ACRES over New Year's weekend. This nostalgic weekend of programming kicks off on Friday, December 31 with back-to-back episodes of THE DUKES OF HAZZARD from 1:30 p.m. - 3:00 a.m, continues with a marathon of episodes of the 80's drama DALLAS from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 1, and concludes with the 60's favorite GREEN ACRES on Sunday, January 2 from 2:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. All times are ET/PT.

The pop culture phenomenon that is THE DUKES OF HAZZARD exploded onto TV sets across the nation in 1979 and made short-shorts, fast cars, and CB radios cool as the series became a mainstay in homes and hearts for seven wildly successful seasons. Episodes of THE DUKES OF HAZZARD will air on Friday, December 31.

Popular 80's soap DALLAS features the dysfunctional Ewing family, Texas oil tycoons involved in underhanded business dealings and nonstop family drama. Episodes of DALLAS will premiere on Saturday, January 1.

The popular 60's comedy GREEN ACRES features Oliver and Lisa Douglas, a couple from Manhattan who relocate to a farm in Hooterville to escape the complications of city life. Hilarity ensues as Oliver attempts to set up a new life for the couple. Episodes of GREEN ACRES will premiere on Saturday, January 2.
