On February 5 - Dana Carvey Returns To SNL As Host With Musical Guest Linkin Park

New York, NY - January 14, 2011 - SNL closes out the January schedule with actor Jesse Eisenberg and musical guest Nicki Minaj and heads into February welcoming back former SNL cast member Dana Carvey and musical guest Linkin Park.

Jesse Eisenberg will make his debut appearance as host on January 29. Eisenberg recently appeared in the critically acclaimed feature film "The Social Network," earning him numerous raves for his performance including nominations for a Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild Award. Later this year he stars in "30 Minutes or Less" with Danny McBride and Aziz Ansari.

Nicki Minaj will also make her debut appearance as musical guest. The hip-hop artist's debut album, "Pink Friday," debuted at number two on the US Billboard 200 chart, and she has become the first artist to ever have seven songs within the Billboard Hot 100 list. Her second single, "Your Love," reached number one on the Billboard Hot Rap Songs chart.

Former SNL cast member and Emmy- Award winning comedian Dana Carvey will return to studio 8H for his fourth time as host on February 5. Spending seven seasons on SNL, Carvey was well known for his comedic impersonations of former President George Bush and Ross Perot, along with his iconic characters such as "Garth" and "The Church Lady." Carvey has appeared in numerous feature films including the blockbuster film "Wayne's World," based on the hit "Saturday Night Live" sketch alongside Mike Myers.

Linkin Park, will make their second appearance as musical guest. Their highly anticipated fourth studio album, "A Thousand Suns," debuted at the top of Billboard's Top 200 album chart, making it their third consecutive album to reach number one. The Grammy Award-winning group's second single off their latest album, "Waiting for the End," is currently number one on the alternative radio charts.
