SPEND SUPER BOWL SUNDAY AT THE "JERSEY SHORE" WITH MTV'S "JERSEY BOWL" SEASON THREE MARATHON
Marathon Airs Sunday, February 6 at 12pm ET/9am PT and Will Include a Sneak Peek of the Remainder of the Season
NEW YORK (February 2, 2010) - On Sunday, February 6, MTV will help viewers get ready for some football when it treats viewers to the "Jersey Bowl" - a "Jersey Shore" Super Bowl Sunday marathon featuring every juicy and hysterical Season Three episode that has aired-to-date. Kicking-off at 12pm ET/9am PT, fans can watch like it's the first time as television's most recognizable roommates return to their first summer home of Seaside, NJ and tune-in for an exclusive sneak peek of the remainder of the season when the marathon concludes at 6pm ET/3pm PT.
A true pop culture phenomenon, "Jersey Shore" is MTV's #1 series of all time among P12-34. Currently in its third season, "Jersey Shore" is averaging an 8.4 P12-34 rating, up 47% versus Season Two and up 226% from Season One. For two consecutive weeks, Jersey Shore has been the #1 program on Thursday with P12-34, beating American Idol by 1 million viewers. "Jersey Shore" is also the #1 original cable series of 2010 and 2011.
