Adult Swim And Nonsek Partner to Create "Adult Swim Remix"

Madison, Wis., February 7, 2011 - The distinctive world of Adult Swim is about to get remixed. Thanks to a partnership between the television network and Nonsek Remix, the innovative custom apparel designer, Adult Swim fans can "remix" their favorite characters from shows like Robot Chicken, Metalocalypse, The Venture Bros. and Squidbillies to create altogether new and unique art compositions, and print them on collectable t-shirts.

Beginning today, fans can use an online graphics remix machine, powered by Nonsek, to design highly-customizable t-shirts based on some of Adult Swim's most iconic characters and shows. With a simple click of the remix button, the program randomly combines various graphics from the shows to form a custom image. Users can then manipulate the art layers by locking or blocking images until they've created their own perfect T-shirt design.

"Because there are so many possible combinations, chances are your creation will be one-of-a-kind," said Nonsek partner and creative director, Kevin Wade. "You can share your remix with friends via Facebook or Twitter - or, of course, have it printed on a T-shirt."

For true fans of Adult Swim and its shows, the site provides a new way to interact with their favorite characters and content. "Reinvigorated content, engaged fans, deeper brand immersion, and funky T-shirts. What's not to like?" asked Wade.

"We know that our Adult Swim fans are always looking for unique and interesting ways to show their love for their favorite shows and characters, and we're always looking for ways to deliver those opportunities to them," said Erik Resnick, vice president of Cartoon Network Enterprises. "This new partnership with Nonsek gives them an opportunity to design truly unique products that can't be found anywhere else and creates a new way to for them to interact with our shows."

Begin your T-shirt remix quest at http://nonsek.com/adult-swim. Shirts retail for $25, including shipping. The program will launch with Robot Chicken, The Venture Bros., Metalocalypse and Squidbillies, and other shows and designs will be added in the coming weeks.
