LOS ANGELES, July 14, 2011 - Dating back to 2002 when Michael Chiklis kicked down Emmy's door for ad-supported cable television, no other basic cable network can match FX's overall track record for Emmy actor nominations. On the comedy side, Louis C.K. received an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy for his acclaimed comedy series, Louie, and he also earned an Emmy nod for Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series.
