NEW YORK - September 7, 2011 - NBC Sports is significantly upgrading its use of digital technology and social media for the 2011 Sunday Night Football season with Sunday Night Football All Access; dedicated Sunday Night Football Facebook and Twitter pages; and the fourth season of SNF Extra.

Additionally, in order to populate the "All Access," Facebook and Twitter pages, NBCSports.com will embed a digital producer all season long at Sunday Night Football games.

"This is a comprehensive digital plan for Sunday Night Football that incorporates multiple platforms, social media and fully complements our broadcast coverage," said Rick Cordella, VP and GM, NBC Sports Digital. "Our growing portfolio of digital assets including ProFootballTalk of our SportsTalk franchise has proven to be very popular with NFL fans."

SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL ALL-ACCESS. ALL SEASON LONG: For the second straight season, NBCSports.com is providing a destination for fans dedicated to behind-the-scenes content of Sunday Night Football. SNF All-Access includes exclusive behind-the-scenes photos of the Sunday Night Football production, look-ins on SNF production meetings, Michele Tafoya interviews and conversations with SNF talent.
