"UNFORGETTABLE" CONSULTANT MARILU HENNER TO GUEST STAR AS CARRIE'S AUNT
Actress Possesses the Rare and Real Memory Ability Displayed by Poppy Montgomery's Character
LOS ANGELES, October 11, 2011 - Actress Marilu Henner is set to guest star on an episode of UNFORGETTABLE this November. Henner, who is one of the few people who possesses the recently-discovered ability of Highly Superior Autobiographical Memory (HSAM) and can recall details from almost every day of her life, also serves as a consultant for the series.
Henner will appear as Edie Tripp, Carrie Wells's (Poppy Montgomery) aunt and sister of Carrie's Alzheimer's-stricken mother, Alice (Deanna Dunagan). Carrie and Edie have a strained relationship, disagreeing over the years about Alice's treatment, and when Edie begins experiencing memory issues of her own, Carrie voices concern about her aunt possibly also exhibiting the signs of Alzheimer's.
UNFORGETTABLE stars Poppy Montgomery, Dylan Walsh, Michael Gaston, Kevin Rankin and Daya Vaidya and airs Tuesdays (10:00-11:00 PM ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
