ABOUT TINIE TEMPAH:

Tinie Tempah began rapping at the age of 13 and began writing and recording before he was out of his teens. He had an early brush with success when the first song he ever wrote, "Wifey," became an underground hit in Britain in 2006. The following year, he made a significant mark on the U.K. hip-hop scene with his smash mixtape "Hood Economics Room 147: The 80 Minute Course," which yielded the underground hit "Tears." By 2009, he'd signed with Britain's legendary Parlophone label, and the momentum hasn't let up since. In 2010, Tempah released his first major label single, "Pass Out," which debuted at No. 1 on the British charts. Its follow-up, "Frisky," quickly rose to No. 2. "Written In The Stars," featuring Eric Turner, returned Tempah to the No. 1 slot on the U.K. pop chart. His debut album "Disc-Overy" is a double-platinum smash in his homeland and has led to over three million track sales globally, two BRIT awards and a prestigious Ivor Novello award for his songwriting. For the U.S. release of "Disc-Overy," Tempah partnered with Wiz Khalifa on the track "Till I'm Gone."
