E!'S "FASHION POLICE" CATCHES "SPRING FEVER" THIS MAY

E!'s Joan Rivers Is On A Celebrity Closet-Raiding Spree This May When "Fashion Police" Catches Spring Fever!

The Month Of May Is Packed With Spring's Hottest Trends, Fascinating Guests And Fabulous Surprises

Plus Joan Rivers Is Putting Out A Call To Her Fans, The "Joan Rangers," To Submit Pictures Of Their Closets For The Chance To Have The Comedy Queen Critique Their Wardrobe!

Los Angeles, CA, April 27, 2012 -- Put away those parkas because May is just around the corner and E!'s popular comedy series "Fashion Police" has SPRING FEVER! The entire month will be packed with brand new "Fashion Police" fabulousness including a fascinating look at spring trends and, for the first time ever, "Joan's Closet Raid!" where Joan will go through celebrity wardrobes as only she can. All month long, host Joan Rivers and her outspoken panel, Kelly Osbourne, Giuliana Rancic and George Kotsiopoulos, will continue to supply a delicious dose of hilarious fashion critiques that fans have come to expect from one of the funniest shows on television. Plus they will welcome a wide-range of celebrity guests, including fashion designer Rebecca Minkoff and cover the biggest, most high-profile events in the world of fashion. SPRING FEVER on "Fashion Police" kicks off on May 4 at 10:00 pm ET/PT and continues throughout the month.

The new SPRING FEVER segment "Joan's Closet Raid!" will feature celebrities - including Dita Von Teese and Shenae Grimes - who open their homes and their closets to the one and only Joan Rivers. Joan will raid their wardrobes, telling them what to keep and what to chuck as they prepare for the new season. Are these brave fashionistas prepared for what she has to say?

Also in May, (to the delight of Joan Rivers supporters around the world who are lovingly dubbed "Joan Rangers"), viewers will be asked to submit photos of their closets that are so totally fabulous they they deserve her over-the-top praise OR ones that could use a bit of Joan's help. These photos may be discussed on the show and if any happen to catch Joan's attention the fashion maven herself might stop by later this summer to raid that closet, helping the "Joan Ranger" who submitted the photo to be their most beautiful best. "Joan Rangers" span the globe and can be "deputized" by Joan if she presents them with a special "Fashion Police" deputy badge. Now, the dream of being critiqued by Joan like a Hollywood A-lister may become a reality. Photos of viewers' amazing closets can be submitted at www.facebook.com/fashionpolice or @e_fashionpolice using the hashtag #springfever.

Plus, during "Fashion Police's" SPRING FEVER, the series will cover some of the biggest events in fashion - from the MET Costume Gala, to the Kentucky Derby, the Cannes Film Festival and, the "Oscars" of fashion, the CFDAs. Also, the group will introduce a new segment called "Spring Fling" where they will analyze the style of spring's newest celebrity couples and welcome celebrity guests to stage including posh-Guidette, Sammi Sweetheart and edgy fashion designer, Rebecca Minkoff.

Be sure to catch the fever with "Fashion Police" every Friday night at 10 pm ET/PT only on E!
