VERSANT GROWS FAST PORTFOLIO TO 13 CHANNELS, BRINGING CNBC, OXYGEN AND E! FRANCHISES TO PRIME VIDEO AND THE ROKU CHANNEL

Expansion extends Versant's strategy to grow digital platforms and reach new audiences

NEW YORK, NY - October 28, 2026 - Versant (Nasdaq: VSNT) today launched four new free, ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) channels comprised of past franchises from CNBC, Oxygen and E!, growing its FAST portfolio to 13 channels. Built from some of Versant's most engaged brands across business news and personal finance and genre entertainment, the channels bring the fast-growing audience of free-streaming viewers on Prime Video and The Roku Channel.

All four new channels will be available on Prime Video in the U.S. beginning October 27, with staggered launches on The Roku Channel starting November 3. Free TV Networks' Outlaw and 365BLK, both already available on Prime Video, will also join The Roku Channel on November 10 and 17, respectively. Versant will continue to launch FAST channels with additional platforms in the coming months.

The launches are the latest step in Versant's strategy to build a more diversified growth business, with new opportunities beyond its pay-TV networks. Versant's FAST portfolio began with six channels and added three more with its January 2026 acquisition of Free TV Networks. Prime Video and The Roku Channel already offer Pam Grier's Soul Flix, American Crimes, Oxygen True Crime Archives, E! "Bringing more of our programming to Prime Video and The Roku Channel extends the reach of our iconic brands and provides audiences with more ways to discover content they value wherever they watch, from CNBC's business and personal finance programming to Oxygen's true crime, E!'s unscripted entertainment and Free TV Networks' broad entertainment and genre-driven titles."
