CBS UNVEILS THANK YOU CAMPAIGN TO ITS LOYAL FANS FOR CONTINUING TO MAKE IT AMERICA'S MOST-WATCHED NETWORK

An Innovative "CBS Good-eBag" Enables Any Viewer on Several Popular Interactive Platforms To Download an Array of Free Content from CBS's Prized Television and Publishing Libraries, Ranging from Celebrated Current and Classic Series To Popular Page-Turners

A Mobile Studio-Equipped "CBS Buzz Tour" Bus, With Network Ambassadors, Activities and Swag, Will Travel to 60 Markets in 60 Days This Summer

CBS is giving back to its millions of loyal fans who have, once again, made CBS America's most-watched network, by launching a first-of-its-kind campaign to reward viewers throughout the summer. The effort includes an innovative "CBS Good-eBag" of free downloads of a variety of prized CBS television and publishing content, and a CBS star-branded and mobile studio-equipped "CBS Buzz Tour" bus to travel the country. Scheduled to stop in at least 60 cities, the "CBS Buzz Tour" will feature network ambassadors, activities and giveaways - and will engage fans from anywhere in the nation with on-the-road CBS.com webcasts, blogs and social media contests and posts.

"CBS has enjoyed a decade of dominance and we know we couldn't have achieved that without our devoted fans," said George Schweitzer, President, CBS Marketing Group. "The 'CBS Good-eBag' and 'CBS Buzz Tour' campaigns are the Network's tangible, high-tech and high-touch way of saying 'thank you' to our viewers."

From today through Aug. 31, at no cost and on several popular interactive platforms, fans can download a select episode each from current hit CBS series such as THE GOOD WIFE, CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION, NCIS: LOS ANGELES, HAWAII FIVE-0 and BLUE BLOODS -- and classic favorites such as "I Love Lucy" and "The Twilight Zone." Additional free download opportunities include a special edition of the Barney Stinson/HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER book, The Best of the Bro Code and the Playbook, a three-year digital subscription to CBS's Watch! magazine and a CBS screensaver. Promotional spots featuring CBS stars such as LL COOL J, Pauley Perrette and Neil Patrick Harris will proclaim the Network's message of thanks, reference the "CBS Good-eBag" (#thanks) and direct viewers to www.cbs.com/thanks for information on the free download options.

July 4 through Aug. 31, the "CBS Buzz Tour" (#cbsbuzz), featuring a state-of-the-art CBS-wrapped bus with a mobile studio, will go straight to the fans, providing CBS experiences unique to each market, such as face-to-face encounters with CBS personalities, video chats with CBS stars, previews and screenings of new series, contests, giveaways and more. Additionally, fans can follow the fun from anywhere, thanks to companion on-the-road digital reporting and interviewing -- and social media posts and contests -- spearheaded by CBS reality star veterans Alex Boylan (THE AMAZING RACE) and Burton Roberts (SURVIVOR). The "CBS Buzz Tour" related content - including schedules, photo galleries and links to corresponding social accounts - will be accessible via www.cbs.com/buzz.

The "CBS Buzz Tour," to kick off in Boston at CBS's annual broadcast of the "Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular," will cover 15,000 miles and 60 markets in 60 days, including San Diego from July 12-15 during Comic-Con 2012 and cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Pittsburgh, Denver, New Orleans, Baltimore, Atlanta, Detroit, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Nashville, Indianapolis, Columbus and Sacramento. (Dates and details on these city stops and more will be announced at a future date.)
