"Night of Too Many Stars" to Air on COMEDY CENTRAL on Sunday, October 21 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT with Live Wrap-Arounds From Jon Stewart and Other Comedic Talent

NEW YORK, September 4, 2012 - COMEDY CENTRAL and Jon Stewart's Busboy Productions announced today the first group of comic all-stars booked for its biennial autism benefit, "Night of Too Many Stars: America Comes Together for Autism Programs." Taping on Saturday, October 13 from the Beacon Theatre in New York City, the benefit for Autism programs, schools, and services will feature Stewart hosting an evening filled with live performances, sketches and short films from a roster of comedy all-stars. "Night of Too Many Stars" airs on COMEDY CENTRAL on Sunday, October 21 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT.

Comedians Hannibal Buress, Bill Burr, Stephen Colbert, Tina Fey, Tracy Morgan, Amy Poehler, Seth Rogen along with pundit Bill O'Reilly and Rage Against the Machine guitarist, Tom Morello, will join host Stewart at the Beacon Theatre for the taping on Saturday, October 13. Celebrities manning the phone banks during the October 21 live event will include Fred Armisen, Andy Cohen, Jack McBrayer, Bob Saget, Jerry Seinfeld and Jason Sudeikis. Additional talent for both nights will be announced shortly.

This year's event will feature the theme "America Comes Together," featuring pairings of celebrity rivals or talent with grudges all coming together and agreeing that Autism is a cause worth supporting. The show will premiere on COMEDY CENTRAL on Sunday, October 21 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT with additional live wrap-arounds from "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" studio in New York City, featuring a celebrity phone bank, allowing viewers to call in during the airing to donate while speaking and even video chatting with additional stars and comedic heavyweights. Stewart will also host the live wrap-arounds.
