E! KICKS OFF FIRST-EVER "FASHION POLICE FASHION BOWL" FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 1 AT 10:00 PM/ET

"Happy Endings'" Star Adam Pally Joins "Fashion Police" Hosts Joan Rivers, Kelly Osbourne, Giuliana Rancic and George Kotsiopoulos As They Compete In Special Gridiron-Themed Edition

LOS ANGELES, CA, January 30, 2013 - E! takes to the "field" this week when the hosts of the popular weekly series "Fashion Police" make their way to the fashion line of scrimmage to compete in the network's first-ever "Fashion Police Fashion Bowl." Long-standing fashion grudges will be tested as Joan Rivers, Giuliana Rancic, Kelly Osbourne and George Kotsiopoulos compete against each other in this super edition of the show to win the coveted jeweled trophy. Adam Pally, star of the hit comedy series "Happy Endings," joins our quartet and puts the moves on Joan when he "rates her rack" up close and personal (http://www.eonline.com/shows/fashion_police/news/382964/joan-rivers-gets-a-fashion-bowl-motorboating-from-happy-endings-star-adam-pally). And at one point, the crew dons their fantastically stylish new FP football jerseys in a 'victory dance-off' for the ages - you will not believe which of our hosts is a closet break-dancer, or which channels their inner stripper for a shot at that coveted trophy. It is all part of the most competitive, fun and fabulous fashion show ever to grace the gridiron, when E!'s "Fashion Police Fashion Bowl" premieres Friday, February 1 at 10:00 PM/ET.

The hosts are playing to win this Friday, and have been developing strategies in preparation for a roster of events that includes:

Rate the Rack -- Special guest Adam Pally takes the field for this special edition of the show's most popular segment among male viewers. Pally will rate the "rack" of a female celebrity, while our hosts attempt to predict his rating for points toward their overall victory and the coveted Fashion Bowl trophy. Plus, he gives Joan the thrill of a lifetime that no one saw coming.

Tight Ends -- The regular "Fashion Police" "Guess Me From Behind" segment gets a gridiron makeover as our hosts work their butts off to determine which celebrity derriere is which.

Must-See Half Time Show Style -- At the Fashion Bowl, it is all about who rocked the half-time show best when performing for worldwide audiences on football's big day. But our hosts must earn the right to discuss the performer they want by throwing a 'knock-out' pass. Just wait 'til you see our hosts deftly handle that pigskin!

Guess the Mess -- The fan-favorite rapid-fire segment tests our hosts' speed, agility and accuracy as they compete to determine these worst-dressed celebrities by seeing only their outfits.

Playoffs -- It all comes down to the final seconds of the Fourth Quarter in this nail-biter, in which each host is given 10 seconds to demonstrate their best "touchdown dance." With our live, in-studio audience judging the performances, it's still anybody's game right up until the end.
