Griffin has had an impressive 15 original comedy specials since 2005 and won two Emmy's for Bravo's "Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D List." Her stand up specials "Kathy Griffin: Tired Hooker (December 2011), "Kathy Griffin: Straight to Hell" (November 2008) and "Kathy Griffin: She'll Cut a Bitch" (April 2009) were nominated for an Emmy in the category Outstanding Variety, Music or Comedy Special.
