NBC Sets "Whitney" Season Finale for Wednesday, April 3

LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- NBC has locked in Wednesday, April 3 at 8:00/7:00c as the season finale for its 16-episode sophomore run of "Whitney."
In addition, look for repeats of the Whitney Cummings-led half-hour to fill the Wednesday, 8:30/7:30c slot beginning March 6. Said encores will replace "Guys With Kids," which wraps its 17-episode freshman season this Wednesday, February 27.
"Whitney" dropped to a season low 1.1 adults 18-49 rating this past week, as did fellow comedies "1600 Penn" (1.0), "The New Normal" (1.0), "Community (1.1), "Go On" (1.1) and "Parks & Recreation" (1.3).
