KELLY OSBOURNE HOSTS FAN-GENERATED SPECIAL "PHINEAS AND FERB MUSICAL CLIPTASTIC COUNTDOWN," PREMIERING FRIDAY, JUNE 28 ON DISNEY CHANNEL

-- Voting Begins Friday, May 24 at DisneyChannel.com --

Relive favorite musical moments from Disney Channel's Emmy Award-winning series "Phineas and Ferb," in a one night only fan-generated event, "Phineas and Ferb Musical Cliptastic Countdown" hosted by Kelly Osbourne, premiering FRIDAY, JUNE 28 (9:30 p.m., ET/PT) on Disney Channel. Leading up to the special, fans can get in on the action by voting for their favorite "Phineas and Ferb" music videos on DisneyChannel.com, beginning Friday, May 24, in hopes that their best-loved song will take the top spot.

The event will feature bracket-style voting over the course of four weeks, from May 24 - June 17, starting with 16 popular "Phineas and Ferb" music videos. Fan votes will cut the pool by half each week, so fans should visit DisneyChannel.com weekly to ensure their top picks remain in the competition. The results will be revealed on Friday, June 28 during the special.

In "Phineas and Ferb Musical Cliptastic Countdown," Dr. Doofenshmirtz and Major Monogram (voiced by creators Dan Povenmire and Swampy Marsh) have their hearts set on revealing the top 10 musical numbers, but soon find out that celebrity host Kelly Osbourne (E!'s "Fashion Police") has been brought in to fill the role. Unwilling to submit to playing second fiddle, Doofenshmirtz makes it his mission to thwart Kelly until Perry the Platypus sets out to stop his nemesis from ruining the entire show.

Celebrating the music behind the series, the special will also feature an appearance by "Phineas and Ferb" fan Maia Mitchell (Disney Channel Original Movie "Teen Beach Movie," ABC Family's "The Fosters") and will countdown the Top 10 music videos selected by fans during the voting period.

"Phineas and Ferb" has featured more than 400 original songs from a variety of genres spanning pop, hip-hop, country, show tunes and more. The first "Phineas and Ferb Musical Cliptastic Countdown" premiered in October 2009 with "Gitchee-Gitchee-Goo" taking the #1 spot.

"Phineas and Ferb" airs on Disney XD and Disney Channels in more than 135 countries and in 26 languages around the world. In the U.S., "Phineas and Ferb" is TV's #2 animated series in Kids 6-11 and Tweens 9-14, and the #2 animated TV series in Prime in Kids 2-11.
