GLOBAL SUPERSTAR JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE SURPRISES THE LADIES OF MTV'S "NIKKI & SARA LIVE" AND MAKES THEIR DREAMS COME TRUE ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 1 AT 11:00 P.M. ET/PT
New York, NY (September 26, 2013) - MTV today announced that Nikki Glaser and Sara Schaefer's dreams are finally coming true when global superstar, Justin Timberlake, surprises the ladies of late night. Nikki and Sara have been on a long and impassioned campaign to meet Timberlake which resulted in their "Make Music Again" YouTube video going viral as they pleaded with the pop culture icon to return to the stage as a music artist. As the highly-anticipated follow-up to the best-selling release earlier this year, "The 20 / 20 Experience - 2 of 2," in stores worldwide on September 30, is sure to top the charts once again so tune in to "Nikki & Sara LIVE" on Tuesday, October 1 at 11:00 P.M. ET/PT as the ladies come face to face with the one and the only, Justin Timberlake. The ladies will also discuss with Justin his upcoming role in Runner Runner starring Ben Affleck and Gemma Arterton in theaters on October 4, Courtesy of Fox.
Timberlake returns to MTV fresh off the "2013 Video Music Awards" where he earned a standing ovation after delivering an extra sensory performance (the longest in VMA history) featuring a medley of his biggest hits. Starting in the hallways of Barclays and winding his way into the arena, Timberlake performed from every corner of the house. He glided, danced and sang his way through throngs of fans during the show-stopping performance, including a highly anticipated reunion with his former 'NSYNC band mates for the first time in a decade. Timberlake also took home the prestigious "Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award" and three limited-edition KAWS Moonmen, including "Video of the Year."
Now in its second season, the late night comedy series set in the heart of New York City's Times Square, "Nikki & Sara LIVE" features critically acclaimed funny women Nikki Glaser and Sara Schaefer.
