ANONYMOUS (TNT, New!) - Chris Collins ("Sons of Anarchy") is developing a potential drama at the cable channel about "an ex-special ops soldier who discovers a global cover-up that forces him to go off the grid to help those who cannot help themselves." Peter Billingsley and Victoria Vaughn of Wild West Picture Show Productions are in talks to executive produce the hour alongside Collins. (Deadline.com)

FINDING CARTER (MTV; W: Emily Silver; D: TBA) - Cynthia Watros ("Lost") is the first to be cast in the drama pilot, about "teenage Carter, who has the perfect life with her fun-loving single mom Lori until a police bust reveals that Lori abducted her as a toddler. Now Carter must return to the family who thought they had lost her, including her biological mother Elizabeth (Watros), a tough police detective who was devastated by the disappearance of her daughter and will stop at nothing to catch her kidnapper. As she navigates brand-new parents, a twin sister, high school and boys, Carter vows to find Lori before the police capture the only mom she's ever known and put her behind bars." Terri Minsky is also executive producing. (Deadline.com)

GIRLFRIENDS' GUIDE TO DIVORCE (Bravo/UCP; W: Marti Noxon; D: TBA) - Janeane Garofalo is the latest addition to the drama pilot, about Abby (Lisa Edelstein), the famous author of a best-selling self-help book series who is hiding the fact that she's separated from her husband (Paul Adelstein) as she starts to navigate her life as a single woman in her early 40s in Los Angeles. She's on board as Lyla, Abby's friend and "a legendary entertainment lawyer who is a real shark but also fiercely maternal and involved with the people she loves." The project also stars Beau Garrett. (THR.com)

ODD COUPLE FAMILIES (FOX, New!) - Greg Malins ("Ground Floor") has sold a new comedy to the network about "two couples and two divorced parents who are forced together, inextricably linked by the connection created by their kids." The project, which has a penalty attached, is set up at Sony Pictures Television with former FOX comedy chief Marcus Wiley executive producing alongside Malins. (Deadline.com)

ON THE FENCE (CBS, New!) - Feature writers Aaron Buchsbaum and Teddy Riley have sold a potential comedy to the Eye which "explores the shifting dynamic in a group of friends as they navigate their late twenties from different ends of the relationship spectrum." Sony Pictures Television-based Happy Madison Productions is behind the half-hour with the company's Doug Robinson executive producing and Buchsbaum and Riley serving as supervising producers. (Deadline.com)

THAT FAMILY (FOX, New!) - Ryan Shiraki ("Awkward") has sold a semi-autobiographical comedy to the network billed as "a working-class family show set in Bakersfield." He'll write and presumably executive produce alongside Doug Robinson for the latter's Sony Pictures Television-based Happy Madison Productions. (Deadline.com)

UNREAL (Lifetime; W: Marti Noxon & Sarah Gertrude Shapiro; D: Roger Kumble) - Francia Raisa ("The Secret Life of the American Teenager") and newcomer Breeda Wool have joined the cast of the drama pilot, about a young staffer (Shiri Appleby) on a hit competition dating series "whose lone job is to manipulate the relationships with (and among) the contestants in order to get the vital dramatic and outrageous footage producers demand." Raisa will play Inez, "a lesbian producer behind the scenes of the unscripted show who has a knack for finding great talent for the show"; while Wool is set as Faith, "a contestant on the show within the show." Freddie Stroma and Josh Kelly also star. (THR.com)

YOUNG & HUNGRY (ABC Family/CBSP; W: David Holden; D: TBA) - Rex Lee ("Suburgatory") and Jonathan Sadowski ("$#*! My Dad Says") are the latest additions to the comedy pilot, about Nick, a well-off young tech entrepreneur, who hires Gabi (Emily Osment), a feisty young food blogger, to be his personal chef.
